If you completed your studies in a Canadian post-secondary educational institution, with a recognized course, you may be eligible to apply for a Post-Graduation Employment Permit. You maintained full-time student status in Canada for every academic term in a course or program you completed and submitted that in the post-Graduation work permit application. To qualify for a Post-Graduation Work Permit (PGWP), a foreign national must be 18 years or older and must have studied in Canada on a full-time basis in a program that has been completed for a minimum of 8 months.
